iLAND is a hybrid career guidance platform designed to support Dutch HAVO/VWO high school students in making more informed and personal career choices. By combining tangible, collaborative activities with digital tools, the project helps students reflect on their interests, abilities, and personality while transforming career exploration into an engaging, multi-perspective experience.
