This course explored design leadership as the ability to create value across organisational, team, and stakeholder levels rather than focusing only on end users. Through three cases—healthcare at Catharina Hospital, e-commerce at Jumbo, and postal logistics at PostNL—I worked on reframing complex systems toward prevention, long-term impact, and sustainable service models.​
